Ivan Fernandez, LMT and Certified yoga Instructor will guide you gently through a series of yoga poses to help you stretch and relax. Please bring your own Yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
No Yoga classes will be held 7/28/2008 & 8/4/2008. Instructor will be out of town.
