Spring Forest Qigong

10:00 - 11:30 AM

880 Winter Street
Salem, Oregon 97301

This class is taught by April Loop, RN, Spring Forest Qigong 4th Level Teacher & Practioner, & Reiki Master.

You may receive the following health benefits by practicing Spring Forest Qigong:

Increase oxygen flowing in the energy channels of the body.

Reduces pain, increases flexibility and soothes the nervous system.

Cleanses and strengthens the lymphatic, immune, and digestive system.

Helps heal chronic, serious and even life threatening conditions.

Works well with modern medicine (for example: people who have surgery recover much faster).

Spring Forest Qigong is an advanced form of Qigong that enhances the movement of Qi while also being very easy to learn and practice. The system is so easy that anyone can learn it regardless of age or physical abilities.
