I have been attending the Spring Forest Qigong class at MVCCC. Spring Forest Qigong Class
This ancient practice combines mental concentration, breathing techniques and body movements to activate and cultivate this universal force (chi) as it flows throughout the invisible energy channels of the body which are called meridians. Qigong can be practiced standing, sitting, or lying down.
This class is taught by April Loop, RN. April is a certified 4th Level Spring Forest Qigong teacher and practitioner.
This class is held every Thursday from 10 - 11:30am.
Suggested donation is $10, however we will gratefully accept what ever amount you are able to contribute to the Center.
